We have a package for every bride and want to work with you to find a package that suits your budget and needs. 

Our goal is to create galleries capturing each priceless moment of your wedding day with great emphasis on the details of the wedding preparation, ceremony, venue, reception and departure as man and wife.  We also photograph the married couple, wedding party  and family groups either before or after the wedding ceremony per your wishes.  We customize each of our weddings to meet the bride & groom's vision and goals and focus on listening to their wedding ideas and thought. It is their day and our creative job is to work with them to produce the best photographic memories possible. 

Each package includes my time as a photographer and assistant plus specific editing of all photographs.  All of the edited photographs will be displayed on an on-line gallery with a unique password that will be accessible to the wedding couple and any family or friends. From this gallery, the couple will have input on the final selections of the photographs that the photographer will process, color correct, retouch  and deliver.  The couple will have full access to the digital photographs and will receive them in various forms based on the below packages.   

 “The  Carolina Inn” Package- $3,000

This package begins prior to the wedding with either a 3 hour engagement or 3 hour bridal session at the location of your choice. (Travel outside of the Triangle area will necessitate travel costs and charges) From either of these sessions an on-line gallery is produced with a password from which you may choose around 15 images that will be edited in detail and delivered on a personalized flash drive. Additional photos upon request.

 The wedding day  begins from the time the bride begins her getting ready with her bridal party at the venue to the time when the couple leaves for their honeymoon. Two photographers will capture the essence of the day, the  married couple, bridal party and family group photos and the reception until  departure.  All edited images will be displayed on an on-line gallery and the couple will receive 125 processed and retouched photographs on a personalized flash drive in a small wooden engraved box stocked with note cards from highlight photos of the wedding.  Maximum of 8 hours/ additional hours available @ $250 per hour which includes both shooters.

"The Four Seasons” Package - $3,800

This package begins prior to the wedding with both a 3 hour engagement and 3 hour bridal portrait session at the location of your choice.  (Travel outside of the Triangle area will necessitate travel costs and charges) And some locations, ie. Duke Gardens,  require a fee.  From either of  these sessions an on- line gallery is produced with a unique password from which you may choose up to 15 images that will be processed and retouched and delivered on a personalized flash drive.  Additional photos available upon request. The wedding day aspect of this package starts with two photographers capturing the moment you show up at your wedding location,  getting ready with your bridal party , formal photos, ceremony, reception, cake cutting, toasts, first dance, bouquet and garter toss, until the time you leave out the door in your getaway car exhausted &  happy.  All edited images will be displayed on an on-line gallery and the couple will receive a medium custom engraved wooden box with a designed wedding album with 125 images selected from this gallery.  All additional images from wedding will also be delivered on a customized flash drive.  Maximum of 8 hours/ additional hours available @ $250 per hour which includes both photographers 

“ The Ritz” Package -$5,000

This package includes both a 3 hour engagement session and a 3 hour bridal portrait at the location of your choice. (Travel outside of the Triangle area will necessitate travel costs and charges) And some locations, ie., Duke Gardens , require a fee.  From both of  these sessions an on- line gallery is produced with a unique password from which you may choose up to 15 images per session that will be processed and retouched and delivered on a personalized flash drive.  Additional photos available upon request. The Wedding day aspect of this package begins with two photographers capturing   the moment you show up at your wedding location, getting ready with your bridal party, formal photos, ceremony, reception, cake cutting, toasts, first dance, bouquet and garter toss, until the time you leave out the door in your getaway car exhausted & happy.  All edited images will be displayed on an on-line gallery and the couple will receive a large custom engraved wooden box with 100 processed and retouched prints of their choosing- finely printed on German watercolor paper. The couple will also receive a custom made wedding album telling the story of their wedding day as well as cards made from the photos of their wedding.  They will also receive 125 images on a customized flash drive as well as all the additional images from the photography sessions and wedding. Maximum of 8 hours/ additional hours available @ $250 per hour which includes both photographers.

The unique custom made boxes are a collectable way to have your wedding shown and they look great on a coffee table or shelf.  They are engraved with the couple’s names and are produced to order for each wedding.  

 A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve my services for your wedding date.  With Chip’s advertising work for clients such as Marriott Resorts, Trump Hotels,  Bald Head Island, Pinehurst and NC Tourism, he and daughter, Anna have limited slots available each year.  The deposit allows Chip & Anna to plan accordingly. The remaining balance of your package is due 30 days prior to your wedding.
