The Taylor & Heffington wedding was located at, our long time friends, all natural farm. The Avery's Branch Farms is a stunning venue and we were thrilled to be returning to do another wedding here. 
This country wedding was full of cute and special details, and the fact that Abigail (the bride) was wearing her mom's wedding dress we found particularly sweet. 

Nathan and Emily had a beautiful wedding last October in Texas. Everything took place at an old college campus with the ceremony in the library. Nathan and Emily are such a beautiful and fun couple. We are so lucky to have been part of their big day and wish them all the happiness and blessing in their future to come. 

It was a beautiful wedding and Emily looked stunning. We loved being a part of their big day and are so excited for both Dane and Emily as the start their lives together. 

Tiayonna and Ryan were so much fun to work with. Even when rain threatened the ceremony they took it all in stride. The rain stopped just long enough for a beautiful ceremony and they everyone headed out to the Oxford in downtown Raleigh for a reception full of great food and dancing.  Congratulations you two...we had a great time working with you!

Brennan and Christine are the cutest couple ever! After the beautiful outdoor ceremony we were excited to get to take pictures at sunset before heading to a great reception. We wish you both all the best as you start your lives together!

Emily looked so radiant when she showed up for her bridal portraits and we couldn't help but get stunning pictures! Dane and Emily just got married last weekend and we are so excited for them. Grace is beautiful and bubbly personality that can't help but bring a smile to your face. We had a great time out at Starlight Meadows shooting these fun senior portraits. From the barn to the fields and all of Grace's amazing outfits...we kept shooting for hours!

While working through some edits from Jeff and Bethany's wedding we decided to pull a few fun shots to share from this beautiful wedding. You can read more about their beautiful story from the post with their engagement photos.  I love the first shot of these sisters just having fun...you can tell that they have some crazy good times together! 

We had a blast working with David and Elizabeth and traipsed all over the beautiful grounds at Duke Gardens. They are an adorable couple and we are so excited to be shooting their wedding this summer!

It started out as a cloudy, rainy day at the picturesque Starlight Meadows in Burlington, NC. The day was full of excitement and emotion and while the clouds didn't clear the rain stopped just in time for a beautiful and touching wedding. Tim and Bethany decided to have a unity box instead of the traditional unity candles in which they placed letters to each other, their vows and a few special items to be tied up during the ceremony, buried  and dug up on a future anniversary. There were special touches, details and hand made decorations everywhere and the love and care that went into it all was so evident. Here are a few pictures from the special day.

We headed out to Starlight Meadow in Burlington for this bridal shoot and though it was a cloudy day...we got some great shots. Bethany looked beautiful and had an absolutely gorgeous dress. Her sophisticated movie star look with the rough farm location made for some amazing images.

We had a great time working with Casey on these fun bridal portraits. She was so excited putting on her dress and felt like a princess as she came out the first time in her beautiful dress. We traipsed all over an old garden and then went out to a family farm/retreat center. Casey was up for anything and we got some really amazing pictures!

Stephanie has an infections laugh and we had such a great time on this shoot. Her dress was amazing and we couldn't stop laughing and having fun! She recently got married so we can finally show you these great pictures. Enjoy!

Joy looked like she walked out of a old black and white...vintage perfect hair and makeup and accessories. Coupled with this beautiful '47 Pontiac Wagon, it couldn't have been more perfect. The car had to stay at the owner's home, so we shot all this right in his driveway. Special thanks to our great team on this stylized shoot!

We had a great time working on this collaborative effort to feature Bel Canto jewelery in a Great Gatsby themed photo shoot. Between the amazing models, jewelry, dresses and the vintage 1929 Buick and a 1947 Pontiac wagon we had more to work with than we could possibly shoot in the two hour time frame we were given.
